It was drizzling and I felt indulgent: carbs and cholesterol, mmm. Toasted halved pandesals with melted gouda cheese and tomatoes. And a nice, cold mug of lychee tea.

I heated some milk in a saucepan and added Archer Farms Blueberry Granola, stirring occasionally. When it was both hot and nicely softened, I dished it up, then topped with a little more granola. Awesome.

They're typical here in Catalunya and mom and I eat them every Saturday for breakfast in a café nearby. That plus coffee = best thing ever.

My husband and me have been enjoying breakfast in our newly revamped dining room, so I decided it was time for something different from his usual cereals bowl, and to start posting in this community!
